Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Communications, or a related field

  (preferred).
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in customer support or a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Strong

  problem-solving abilities

  and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to

  multitask, prioritize,

  and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates

  empathy, patience,

  and a strong

  customer-first mindset.
