Now, we are Looking for a dynamic and passionate, result oriented personnel Sales & Marketing Manager(Cranes) position with Road Runners utilizing the exceptional convincing power and a strong ability to retain customers to contribute to the companys sales goals effectively.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive(Cranes)

Work Area: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 04 to 06 years work experience.

Qualification: Graduate/B.tech./M.tech/MBA

Location: Maharashtra

EOT cranes, Single Girder, Gantry Crane etc.

Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial awareness, Communication Proficiency, Soft Spoken, Problem Solving & Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Handle Complexity and Pressure & Cooperation & Negotiations Skills etc

JOB Profile:

1-To reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales, purchase and marketing planning and to ascertain manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.

2-Identify business opportunities and target markets.

3-Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.

4-To arrange meetings with potential clients.

5-Liaise with suppliers to ensure appropriate product delivery.

6-To prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.

7-To make rapid calculations of costs to provide temporary quotations.

8-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

9-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and report to your HODs.

10-To Prepare Periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

11-Any other operation/task allotted by higher-ups time to time.

12-Promoting the companys existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

13-Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meet their goals.

14-Engage in various sales activities focusing on selling industrial equipment i.e Cranes.
