Post 1: Sales Engineer/Executive Job Description: This role will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and client visits. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi is essential) and a passion for the engineering industry. The candidate should be self-motivated and eager to learn and grow with strong organizational and time management skills and willing to travel as and when required. Responsibilities: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, networking, and initial outreach. Prepare and deliver introductory sales presentations and proposals under guidance. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and closing sales deals. Track sales activities and update the system accurately. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, social media, events). Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and marketing events. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Track and report on the performance of marketing activities. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities. Gather client feedback to contribute to service and product improvements. He / She needs to leverage chemical engineering knowledge to understand customer needs, provide technical support, develop tailored solutions, and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. Responsibilities: Understand customer's technical requirements and challenges and provide appropriate guidance and solutions based on our product portfolio. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective resolutions. Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to provide technical assistance, support trials, and gather application-specific data. Preparing proposals based on the tailored solution to client. Evaluate the feasibility of applying our products to new applications. Assist in the development of application guidelines, technical documentation, and best practices. Participate in product development initiatives by providing application-based feedback and identifying potential improvements. Monitor application-related projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project scope and objectives. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. projects, production, quality control) during project execution. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports and technical summaries. Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings and presentations. Ensure all application activities comply with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
