Review Meeting - Participate in all project meetings that involves discussion on quality at sites- Organise Quality Review meetings at HO and escalate key issues / Abnormalities / Non conformances for further actions to senior management- Facilitate quality review meetings at site by co-ordinating with Project Managers and site Quality engineers- Advise the project management team on qualitative requirements, latest trends in quality and various options to ensure quality of materials & work- Ensure proper documentation of all advices, minutes of meetings, or any other documents shared / received during the project planning or review meetings 4. MIS / Reports Preparation- Create MIS / Report template as needed by Senior Management- Obtain MIS reports from site at suitable frequency and share with management 5.
