Job Description

We are hiring Sr. Architect / Manager have have exp in Highrise building projects. Job Location - Shivajinagar ,Pune Key Responsibilities Monitoring Review and comment on standard operating process during project execution. Weekly review and schedule from team for work done. Co-ordination of drawings with consultants and in-house team. Thoroughly follow and demand for standard format for review and checking of drawings. Joint review with relevant consultant panel and resolve discrepancies in drawings. Update the functional leader with operational bottle necks if any to ensure schedule is matched. Create updated 3d BIM model incorporating all amendments. Reviewing Good for Construction (GFC) Drawings w.r.t defined scope Provide drawings and get approvals from Purchase department for Materials and specifications. Creating accurate 3D views (Quality and sizing) for marketing in given timeframe after coordinating RCC/MEP/Landscape. Co-ordinate Mock-ups with external agency appointed and ensure the same is updated in project working by preparing an as built set of drawings and specification in decided format. Undertaking feasibility studies for all proposed / upcoming projects and lands. Follow marketing, liasioning and other commitments frozen at project beginning in length of project and report for deviation if any.(Commitments given to RERA , Sale , Sanctions , EC ) Compare Working drawings and Sanction drawings. Reviewing plan in house at conceptual planning stage as per fire, aviation and relevant department specific and latest updated/Envisaged bye-laws. Key Deliverables / Performance Measures Multi-tasking ability considering respective project stages. Envision revisions and collect finishing data at project planning stage. Key Challenges Team management Formalizing data and drawings to form strong communication between team and management Maintaining quality of deliverables. Ideal Candidate For The Role Knowledge Autodesk (cad / Revit) and Microsoft office. Sketch up / 3D max knowhow. Pre-DCR software Bye- laws of all relevant departments. Existing/Proposed. PR and PO process Estimation basics.
