Serve as a subject matter expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and clients on the application of AI/ML technologies. Conduct research and development (R&D) activities to explore and evaluate new AI/ML techniques, tools, and platforms, particularly in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. Provide strategic guidance on the usage and implementation of NLP technologies (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, information extraction, language modeling) and Generative AI models for various business applications. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, MLOps, and related fields, and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
