Position Summary: The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for driving team performance, mentoring agents, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves leadership, sales management, training, recruitment, and strategic planning to meet company goals and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Provide ongoing leadership, support, and motivation to the real estate sales team. Set clear goals and expectations; hold team members accountable. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team check-ins. Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and high performance. Recruitment & Onboarding Identify, recruit, and retain top-performing real estate agents. Lead onboarding and training programs for new agents. Develop personalized growth plans to ensure team development. Sales Strategy & Performance Set and monitor individual and team sales targets. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Drive lead generation and conversion strategies. Assist agents with deal negotiations, client handling, and closing transactions. Training & Development Organize regular training sessions and workshops. Provide coaching in areas such as lead generation, CRM usage, listing presentations, client management, and closing techniques. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws. Operations & Administration Monitor CRM and pipeline management to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting. Collaborate with marketing, transaction coordinators, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market trends, pricing, and inventory. Qualifications: License: Active real estate license in [Insert State/Region] Experience: 3+ years in real estate sales; prior leadership or management experience preferred.
