Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and execute day-to-day operations at the construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Supervise all on-site construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Maintain records of materials, equipment, and workforce at the site. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the project manager. Ensure timely execution of structural, civil, and finishing work. Skills Required:Strong site supervision and execution skills Good communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of construction materials and techniques Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools Attention to detail and organizational skills
