We are looking for a dependable civil professional to assist in day-to-day supervision at construction sites and the factory. The role involves visiting project sites when required for audits and inspections, and monitoring activities at the factory to ensure smooth operations, quality control, and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise site activities during project execution and audits. Oversee material receipt, handling, and storage at the factory. Track project timelines and report daily progress. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Maintain basic documentation and assist with audit reports. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Civil or work experience in the same. 1–3 years of experience in site or factory supervision preferred. Basic knowledge of materials, quality checks, and project scheduling. Good communication and coordination skills. Work Location: Combination of site visits and factory-based work as per project needs. We have our factory in Jarod. Someone with their own vehicle is preferred. Travel will be reimbursed.
