The ideal candidate must have a real estate background and a strong ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and optimize lead conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve daily targets and performance metrics. Assign tasks efficiently and ensure their timely completion. Direct the team for optimal productivity and goal alignment. Maintain high accuracy in managing and updating leads in CRM systems. Track daily follow-ups, maintain updated records, and generate reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication. Monitor and report discrepancies in task completion and lead handling. Ensure all compliance protocols and internal standards are consistently met.
