Job Description

The Senior Caller will play a key role in driving the company’s real estate sales efforts through effective communication, client engagement, and lead management. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with potential buyers, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team to close property deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, real estate knowledge, and proven experience in tele sales or customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and services. Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and provide detailed property information. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and referrals. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with sales executives. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call and conversion targets. Train and guide junior callers or tele callers , providing feedback and performance support. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns, market trends, and competitor activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages as needed). Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
