We offer free German language training (A1–B2), visa guidance, and end-to-end support for overseas placement. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective nursing candidates (B.Sc. & GNM) across India. Explain the Germany/Austria nursing opportunities, language training, and placement process. Maintain a database of interested and potential candidates using CRM tools. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion and document submission. Address basic queries regarding German language levels, visa process, and job placement. Coordinate with the admissions and HR teams for timely updates on candidate progress. Ensure daily/weekly reporting of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in tele calling, preferably in education, healthcare, or recruitment. Fluent in Hindi and English (Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Good communication and persuasion skills. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven mindset. Qualification Minimum 10+2. Graduates preferred. Experience in counseling, recruitment, or tele sales is an advantage.
