Pre-Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to handle lead management and team coordination for Creative Motors. The role involves responding to customer inquiries for Ceramic Coating and PPF quotations, forwarding leads to the respective team members, and ensuring timely follow-ups are done. The candidate should be capable of managing a team of 8–10 staff and ensuring high conversion from inquiry to appointment. Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to incoming leads via call, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Share accurate pricing and service details of Ceramic Coating and PPF. Assign leads to the sales team and ensure follow-ups are completed. Maintain daily reports and follow-up status. Coordinate with branch heads and sales staff for lead closures. Train and guide team members to improve response and conversion. Requirements: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred). Experience in pre-sales or customer handling preferred. Team management and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of automotive services (added advantage).
