Job Specification:

Candidates should have prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The

candidate should be experienced working with onsite leads and clients to understand and document

requirements. Candidate should be proficient in cloud application knowledge to be able to perform

fit-gap analysis, configure solution and test it. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong

communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have exposure to configure and unit test

the Fusion CORE module based on the customer’s requirement.

Responsibility -

- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Absence Management

application functionality.

- Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.

- Configure Oracle Fusion Absence Management to meet client requirements and document

application set-ups.

- Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and

application extensions.

- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data

conversion programs, and application extensions.

- Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to

resolutions and closure.

- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional

process and flows.


Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.

- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.

- Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops.

- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

- Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.

- Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.

- Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.

- Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.

- Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions and Deep Dive sessions with client.

- Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.


Skills:

Oracle Fusion Absence Management - Payroll, Compensation, Benefit, OTL.

- Understanding of integration points between Cloud Absence Management with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, OTL etc.)

- Understanding of detailed Absence configuration flow and structure.

- Ability to configure Absence Types, Absence Categories, Absence Patterns, Absence Plans, Absence reasons, Absence certifications, Rate Definitions, Qualification Absence Plans, Accrual Absence Plans etc.,

- Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Absence Management is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with MBA is preferred.

- Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 3 or more Absence Management Go-live.

- Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Core HR and Absence Management is preferred.
