What this job involves:
The Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team manages the corporate office portfolio and aims to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable our client's employees to innovate and delight customers. As an Operational Readiness Senior Analyst, you will play an important role ensuring processes, people, systems, and infrastructure are fully prepared and verified to effectively support operations and deliver expected outcomes. The Operational Readiness Team (ORT) owns and drives this critical state across Amazon GREF, ensuring every implementation meets comprehensive readiness standards before transitioning to business-as-usual (BAU) operations reducing risk, accelerating stability, delivering value. This role involves developing and maintaining operational documentation including SOPs and work instructions while creating and updating process flows, analyzing existing processes and recommending improvements, and maintaining documentation repository and version control that directly contributes to JLL's mission of helping organizations achieve their ambitions through innovative real estate solutions. What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and maintain operational documentation including SOPs and work instructions while creating and updating process flows Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements while maintaining documentation repository and version control for comprehensive readiness standards Collect and analyze operational data while creating status reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs and metrics across multiple regions Maintain data accuracy and integrity while assisting in training material development and tracking risk mitigation actions Coordinate transition activities between project and operations teams while supporting issue resolution and providing administrative support Monitor progress and implement corrective actions while engaging with stakeholders through excellent communication and presentation skills Work with multi-workstream processes across different geographies while operating in global environment building trust with diverse team members Dive deep into data and documentation to support analysis and decision-making while ensuring every implementation meets readiness standards Required Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in business processes support and analytics with understanding of basic concepts of IT solution delivery and change management Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) with ability to work with multi-workstream processes across different geographies Ability to operate in global environment by understanding culture, building trust and engaging with team members sharing different perspectives Data analysis skills with ability to dive deep into data and documentation to support analysis and decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions Excellent level of English (mandatory) with other languages as plus for global stakeholder engagement Excellent computer skills and experience working with Smartsheets, Quip, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Asana Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon GREF operations or similar corporate real estate and facilities management Background in operational readiness processes and transition management from project to business-as-usual operations Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution in multi-regional operational environments Experience developing training materials and supporting process documentation across diverse teams Familiarity with comprehensive readiness standards and quality assurance processes for operational implementations Understanding of corporate office portfolio management and facilities operations support Location: Onsite
