Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assess business and technical readiness before a change is implemented
Maintain readiness checklists, playbooks. Track and report readiness status
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies are in place
Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to plan and execute partner testing for the change
Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to design and execute end to end functional testing for the change
Support cutover planning, dry runs, hyper care
Support the documentation of standard operating procedures, escalation paths, process maps and COB plans
Log and track defects, ensure timely resolution. Ensure issues are escalated quickly
Participate in test environment data setup, provide test results. Evidence and traceability to requirements
Contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvements, Ensure change control is executed throughout project

Qualifications

5-8 years relevant experience
Prior industry experience in Custody or digital assets preferred
Analytical mindset, Time management, Attention to detail and Adaptability
Communication skills Oral & Written
Experience in design and executing testing plans, including partner testing
Test management tools – Jira, confluence
Process mapping and Readiness tools – Visio, Microsoft Suite
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
