Job Description Overview We are seeking a Test Project Manager (PM) to support the Testing Manager on a large-scale GMI replacement programme. The role will focus on coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders, and driving successful execution of the testing strategy. This is a critical role in a high-profile transformation programme impacting futures and listed derivatives businesses. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with the Testing Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for the GMI to XTP migration. * Manage test planning, execution tracking, defect triage, and reporting across multiple workstreams. * Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders. * Maintain clear test governance, documentation, and adherence to programme timelines. * Support environment planning, data readiness, and cutover simulation testing. * Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and driving mitigations. * Ensure business users, product managers, and operations are fully engaged in test cycles. * Produce status reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and readiness for migration.
