Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for sourcing top-quality candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure efficient talent pipeline management.
• Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for selected candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in domestic staffing.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
