Job Description

Handled Company registrations like GST/ PF/ ESI/ PT/ shops and estb/ etc
Review of accounting journals and assisting the team in month end closure activities and reconciliations and finalization of financial statements.
Preparation and review of Account reconciliations (SL vs GL), bank reconciliations, receivables management, vendor payments reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts through co-ordination with other departmental Heads
Preparing monthly book closure entries (Month End Activities) in tally and GST related entries along with reconciliation of trade payables.
Co-ordinating with auditors on any queries relating to audit and providing relevant supporting evidences required.
Reviewing operational reconciliations of GST transactions and reconciling the same with GSTR-2B and closure of open items.
Preparation and Finalizing of GST returns and TDS Returns vendors and salary

Other skill set-

Working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point, Tally Prime and ERP9

Additional Information-

Shift Timings- 9AM to 6PM IST

Working Days- Monday to Friday

Location- MFAR Silverline Tech Park, 3rd Floor, 2nd Phase Plot No. 180, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru

Mode of Interview- F2F
