Team Leadership: Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 7. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and suppliers. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal departments to support financial operations. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements, including tax compliance, corporate governance, and financial accounting standards.
