Tactical & Operational Duties

MEP Lifecycle Leadership

Manage MEP systems across the full project lifecycle: scoping, design oversight, installation, testing, commissioning, and transition to

Cross-Functional and Contractor Coordination

Lead MEP commissioning, testing, and functional validation to ensure new systems perform as designed before formal handover.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Drive a uniform project delivery methodology across all regional sites.

Establish and maintain relationships with Portfolio Managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to align expectations and execution.

Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with schedules, quality requirements, and client deliverables.

Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure MEP systems (HVAC, power distribution, fire

Schedule, Budget & Risk Management

Develop and track detailed MEP project plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocations, and risk/log change controls.

Technical Deliverables & Documentation

Review and approve MEP design drawings, submittals, RFIs, and ensure thorough documentationshop drawings, as-built outputs,

Commissioning & System Turnover

Excels in managing expectations and building rapport with diverse stakeholdersclients, vendors, regulatory bodiesacross regions,

Prepare and manage critical documentation including RFPs, contract documentation (SOWs, amendments, work orders), invoices, and
