Purpose of the Role The Operational Readiness Team’s goal is to make the release of any new product into the market smooth and efficient for all stakeholders. As an Operations Readiness Analyst, you will work with the Product Owners before launch to make sure all information is shared with all relevant stakeholders, that the right people attend handover demonstrations and Q&A sessions, and that feedback is shared quickly and clearly, making it easier to get Products approved and launched successfully.
