Icertis Technical Analyst Role Overview The role focuses on integrating the iCertis Contract Management platform with various enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and eSignature tools. The objective is to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the organization's contract management and related business functions. Technical Skills ERP Integration: Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Understanding of ERP systems' architecture and data models. Ability to work with tools and middleware that facilitate integration (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration Cloud). CRM Integration: Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Knowledge of CRM data structures and workflows. Proficiency in using CRM APIs for integration purposes. eSignature Tools Integration: Familiarity with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Understanding of eSignature workflows and API capabilities. API and Webhooks: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and webhooks. Ability to design, develop, and test custom integrations using APIs. Experience with authentication mechanisms like OAuth2. Monitoring and Logging Knowledge of tools and practices for monitoring integration processes and logging activities for troubleshooting. Experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk, New Relic, or Azure Monitor. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and managing integration solutions. Experience with cloud-based integration services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Logic Apps) Other Technical skills Familiarity with programming languages commonly used for integration tasks, such as Python, Java, or C#, can be beneficial. Functional Skills Contract Management: Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes. Familiarity with iCertis Contract Management platform features and configuration. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Ability to optimize integration processes for efficiency and reliability. Soft Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
