Job Description

Position Title: Sr.Executive MISExperience: 2-5 years

Position Summary

Result-driven MIS Executive with strong expertise in data management, reporting automation, andperformance monitoring. Experienced in handling end-to-end MIS operations, including dashboard creation, FMS maintenance, and analytical report generation for multiple departments. Proficient in Advance Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and App Script, with a track record of improving reporting accuracy and reducing manual efforts through automation. Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring data integrity for informed decision-making. Committed to leveraging MIS tools and analytics to enhance business efficiency and streamline organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Update and validate MIS scores for all departments.
  • Maintain and update FMS (Flow Management System) with accurate workflow data.
  • Identify and rectify errors in reports and dashboards, such as date mismatches, scoring issues, and formula errors.
  • Manage daily dashboard updates and monitor automation triggers.
  • Support various teams with real-time reports, ad-hoc data requests, and follow-up summaries.
  • Update and monitor UCL task sheets for employee activities and follow-ups.

Weekly Tasks

  • Conduct Weekly FMS Flow Reviews.
  • Archive weekly MIS scoring reports and maintain organized record sheet.
  • Review department-wise FMS dashboards to track process efficiency.
  • Share pending task summary mails and coordinate status updates with all departments.
  • Participate in review meetings with management to discuss system improvements.
  • Monitor automation workflows for reimbursements, and HR processes.

Monthly Tasks

  • Conduct system reviews for UCL, and FMS and roll out Monthly Feedback Forms and track completion status.
  • Conduct monthly feedback, review meetings and prepare improvement summaries.
  • Review automation scripts and mail structures for HR processes (birthday, interviews, feedback, asset allocation, etc).
  • Update and manage holiday lists, leave policies, and automation.

Other Tasks

  • Design and implement new dashboards.
  • Update and create SOPs for recurring processes (recruitment, reimbursement, automation documentation).
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions for new employees on dashboards and reporting
systems.
  • Coordinate with development teams for automation upgrades and testing.
  • Manage data migration and version rollouts during system updates or financial year
changes.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Create and modify flowcharts for new or restructured workflows.
  • Assist in system access management and configuration for new joiners.
  • Troubleshoot dashboard, automation, or data link errors in coordination with IT.
  • Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards as per management’s requests.
  • Maintain SOP video documentation for process reference.
