We are seeking a Sales Manager who will focus on direct client interaction – making calls, driving meetings/site visits, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role for professionals with strong convincing power, negotiation ability, and proven closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads through networking, calling, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct property site visits, open houses, and showcase events.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: client engagement, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (Noida market advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Willing to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram for client meetings/site visits.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
