Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition strategy and support our hiring needs in the fast-paced IT sector. Reporting directly to the HR Manager or leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent for our engineering, development, and support roles. Your expertise in "selling" our small company's unique culture, growth opportunities, and innovative environment will be key to attracting and converting high-caliber candidates who might otherwise overlook startups. Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building

    : Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, GitHub, and other IT-specific platforms. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for roles in software development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and project management.
  • Candidate Engagement and Conversion

    : Craft compelling narratives about Rysysth's small-team advantages (e.g., direct impact on projects, rapid career growth, equity opportunities) to convert passive candidates from larger firms. Conduct initial outreach, nurture relationships, and overcome objections to secure interviews.
  • Screening and Interview Coordination

    : Review resumes, conduct phone/virtual screenings, and coordinate multi-stage interviews with hiring managers. Use behavioral and technical assessment tools to identify cultural and skill fit.
  • Employer Branding

    : Collaborate on enhancing our online presence (e.g., LinkedIn company page, career site) and represent Rysysth at local IT events, job fairs, and networking meetups in Ahmedabad.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management

    : Handle end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Track metrics like time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates using tools like ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit).
  • Compliance and Best Practices

    : Ensure all hiring processes comply with Indian labor laws (e.g., POSH, equal opportunity). Stay updated on IT talent trends in Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
  • Team Collaboration

    : Work closely with department leads to understand role requirements and provide market insights on salary benchmarks for IT roles in the region.
  • Diversity and Inclusion

    : Promote diverse hiring practices to build an inclusive team reflective of Ahmedabad's vibrant talent pool.


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience

    : 1-3 years in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven success in hiring for tech roles in small to mid-sized companies.
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter) is a plus.
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong knowledge of IT job market in Ahmedabad/Gujarat, including salary trends for roles like Full-Stack Developers (₹8-15 LPA), DevOps Engineers (₹10-18 LPA), etc.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills; ability to "sell" the value of joining a small, agile team over established corporates.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking recruitment KPIs and optimizing processes.
  • Familiarity with local talent pools (e.g., graduates from Nirma University, PDPU, or DAIICT).
  • Personal Attributes

    : Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable. Passion for IT innovation and empathy for candidate journeys. Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you wear multiple hats.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., for resume parsing or candidate matching).
  • Network in Ahmedabad's IT ecosystem (e.g., connections with GIFT City hubs or local tech communities).
  • Basic knowledge of employment contracts, background checks, and visa processes for international hires.
  • Fluency in English and Gujarati/Hindi for local outreach.
