AI Agent / LLM & Automation Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents powered by LLMs such as GPT-4 Claude and Gemini. Your role will involve integrating AI agents with various tools, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks. You will be required to develop reusable prompt chains and workflows for common tasks and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will utilize frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel to manage multi-agent architectures. Your tasks will also include fine-tuning or instructing LLMs for specific use-cases or industry applications, as well as optimizing performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI workflows. Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design end-to-end AI solutions is an essential part of this role. Furthermore, you will implement automation in internal tools, customer interactions, or operational pipelines using AI agents. To be successful in this position, you must have strong experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Meta Llama. Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc., is required. Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries such as HuggingFace, Transformers, LangChain is a must. A solid understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is also necessary. Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, Make, Airflow, or custom Python automation will be beneficial. Previous experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and knowledge of fine-tuning or customizing open-source LLMs. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and deployment of AI solutions is an added advantage. Experience with UI/UX for chatbot or agent interfaces would also be beneficial.
