Job Description

Role Description

Marketing Operations & Coordination

·       Act as the primary liaison with marketing agencies and vendors for campaigns and deliverables.

·       Track vendor contracts, renewals, and billing processes; maintain marketing SOPs for routine tasks.

Website Management & Analytics

·       Conduct weekly website reviews, report issues, and ensure compliance with legal elements.

·       Monitor website traffic and key metrics (Sessions, Users, Bounce Rate, Engagement Rate) using analytics tools.

·       Prepare lead reports, categorize leads, and forward them to relevant BD contacts.

·       Assist in creating location-specific pages and microsites; explore upgrades to improve engagement.

SEO & Content Oversight

·       Review blog topics and posts for tone, relevance, and language before approval.

·       Monitor SEO activities performed by the agency, including keyword reports and link submissions.

Social Media Management

·       Coordinate with agencies for social media content and campaigns.

·       Schedule and publish approved posts; maintain and update social media profiles and tracking systems.

Email Marketing

·       Maintain and update mailing lists; handle opt-out requests and update CRM records.

·       Execute email campaigns (festive greetings, event invites) using MailChimp; assist with segmentation for region-specific messaging.

Event & Campaign Support

·       Assist in creating and circulating promotional material for events via email, WhatsApp, and social media.

·       Track performance of magazine ads and other campaign assets.

Reporting & Analytics

·       Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and visualize data using tools like Looker Studio.

·       Monitor user behavior via Hotjar (future integration).

Creative Support (Secondary)

·       Create basic graphics using Canva for social media and email campaigns.

·       Support simple video editing for marketing content when required.


Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Experience in marketing operations or digital marketing coordination.

·       Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and CRM systems.

·       Basic knowledge of SEO, social media management, and email marketing platforms (MailChimp).

·       Strong organizational and communication skills for vendor and cross-team coordination.

·       Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.

·       

Preferred Skills

·       Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot).

·       Understanding of multi-channel campaign execution and reporting.
