Job Description

Marketing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Systems & Technology

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, project management tools).
  • Ensure proper integration and data flow between marketing, sales, and customer systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, and train teams on new marketing tools.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Streamline workflows to improve campaign speed-to-market and reduce operational friction.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign delivery.

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Support campaign planning, scheduling, and tracking to align with company goals.
  • Oversee lead management processes including scoring, assignment, and nurturing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate and complete marketing data in CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and budget allocation.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for expense reporting and forecasting.
  • Allocate resources to projects based on strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing project management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
