The Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the scalability, efficiency, and performance of BDx's global marketing operations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various areas such as analytics, platforms, budget management, lead handling, and process enhancement. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and possesses experience in marketing systems, reporting, and coordinating across different functions. In terms of Operations & Analytics, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of global and regional marketing operations. This includes monitoring marketing activities and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives, analyzing data to assess trends and campaign ROI, and delivering accurate and actionable reports to the marketing and leadership teams. Maintaining data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms is also a critical aspect of this role. Platform & Process Management is another key area where the Marketing Operations Manager excels. This involves managing and integrating marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint, and OneDrive, overseeing CRM hygiene, automation workflows, and lead routing, as well as establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures and marketing best practices. Lead Management & Funnel Optimization is a core responsibility of the Marketing Operations Manager. This includes designing, tracking, and optimizing the lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL, managing handoff processes between marketing and sales to ensure alignment, and improving lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing flows. Budgeting & Vendor Management is a crucial aspect of the role where the Marketing Operations Manager monitors and manages central and regional marketing budgets, tracks the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and events, and liaises with and manages third-party vendors and agency partners. Events & Content Infrastructure coordination is also part of the Marketing Operations Manager's duties. This involves managing marketing operations for events, maintaining internal asset libraries and external content management systems, ensuring all marketing materials are on-brand and up-to-date, and demonstrating an understanding of strategic brand management and digital marketing analytics. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or post-graduate certification in Marketing/Analytics is a plus. Proven experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar field for 7+ years is required, with proficiency in Microsoft tools, marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in written English and presentation skills. Exposure to APAC markets, data, and reporting would be advantageous, along with being detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.,
