Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to manage and improve marketing processes, optimize workflows, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across our brands and locations.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational discipline, analytical capability, and experience with local customer acquisition, with a particular focus on Google Search and Google Business Profile performance. The ideal candidate will be able to connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes such as lead volume, bookings, and footfall.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search) campaigns for local customer acquisition.
  • Manage and improve Google Business Profiles (visibility, posts, offers, review growth, discoverability).
  • Develop and maintain conversion pathways from digital channels to booking channels (calls/WhatsApp) and in-store visits.
  • Conduct structured experimentation on targeting, messaging, offers, and campaign configurations to improve conversion and efficiency.

Marketing Operations & Workflow Management

  • Establish and manage operational cadence (weekly planning, calendars, approvals, QA).
  • Implement standardized workflows to support consistent execution across multiple brands and locations.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution with in-house resources responsible for social media publishing and content deployment.

Analytics, Reporting & Attribution

  • Build and maintain performance reports/dashboards (weekly and monthly) across key metrics (leads, bookings, footfall attribution, CPL).
  • Implement practical attribution processes (source tracking, call/WhatsApp tracking, in-store source capture).
  • Provide clear recommendations on prioritization and budget allocation based on performance insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations/front-desk teams to improve booking experience and conversion.
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing execution with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing, preferably within multi-location, consumer-facing service businesses.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing local customer acquisition initiatives, including:
  • Google Ads (Search) campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management
  • Google Business Profile management to improve local discoverability and lead generation
  • Strong capability in marketing analytics and performance measurement, including funnel analysis, conversion tracking, and ROI assessment; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Experience implementing and managing lead capture and tracking processes across channels (e.g., calls, WhatsApp, digital inquiries), with an ability to link marketing activity to bookings and footfall through practical attribution methods.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and platforms, including GA4 and reporting dashboards; familiarity with tracking fundamentals (UTMs, event-based measurement) preferred.
  • Proven operational and project management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain structured workflows (planning cadence, execution calendars, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and quality control).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
