Preparation of all statutory registers, forms, certificates etc. as required under various Acts and regulations. Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the Registrar of Companies. Coordinating with auditors for resolving co-sec audit queries Maintaining Repositories of Company Constitutional/Minutes/Share capital & Investment documents. Behavior Management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Discretion when dealing with Confidential Information.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer with Flask expertise to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and automation tools to support our data center operations and digital services. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Python and Flask. Build RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and system integrations. Collaborate with DevOps, network, and infrastructure teams to automate workflows and monitoring tools. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions. Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to overall system reliability. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Python. Strong hands-on experience with the Flask framework. Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. Working knowledge of Linux environments and command-line tools. Experience in data centre automation, monitoring tools, or infrastructure platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or OpenStack. Knowledge of asynchronous task queues (e.g., Celery). Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
