Marketing Operations Manager

If you enjoy organising work, driving campaigns to completion, and ensuring marketing actually supports business outcomes, this role is for you.


What You Will Own

• Marketing execution & operations

• Campaign planning and rollout

• Funnel coordination (content → landing page → leads → sales)

• Cross-team coordination (UGC, LinkedIn, design, tech, sales)

• Marketing reporting and execution discipline


Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly marketing execution calendars

• Coordinate with UGC creators, LinkedIn manager, designers, and tech teams

• Execute campaigns end-to-end (organic and limited paid)

• Ensure landing pages and marketing assets are aligned with sales goals

• Support sales with pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies

• Track campaign performance and inbound movement (non-vanity metrics)

• Ensure timely delivery and clear ownership across marketing tasks

• Not a content writing role

• Not a social media posting role

• Not a branding or PR role

• Not a growth hacking role

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in marketing operations or execution roles

• Strong coordination and follow-through skills

• Experience working with sales teams and campaigns

• Good written communication and documentation skills

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred

• Marketing campaigns ship on time

• Clear funnel visibility

• Sales teams have usable, updated material

• Less chaos, fewer follow-ups, better coordination


Compensation


₹6 – ₹8 LPA (Fixed)

Final compensation based on experience and execution depth.
