About the Role:

Business Development & Growth Lead

strategic, high-impact role


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and connect with decision-makers across target sectors (FinTech, Real Estate, Commodities, Tech Startups, etc.)
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Create outreach campaigns, proposal decks, and partnership pitches in coordination with leadership.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → pitch → close.
  • Manage and grow accounts by identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of projects to delivery and operations teams post-closure.

3. Strategic Growth & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Founder/Executive Director to align with quarterly revenue goals.
  • Help shape pricing strategies, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Contribute to the market positioning of Dignifyd — attend events, networking forums, and represent the brand professionally.


Expected Deliverables & KPIs:

✅ 15–20 qualified leads generated per month

✅ 5–7 proposal submissions per month

✅ Minimum 2 new client accounts onboarded per quarter

✅ Revenue closure targets based on project values (structured growth-based incentive model)

✅ Maintenance of CRM and weekly pipeline reporting


What We Expect You to Bring:

  • Experience:

     3–6 years of proven business development experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or recruitment/staffing domain.
  • Communication:

     Exceptional written & spoken English; ability to build trust with CXOs and international clients.
  • Network:

     Existing relationships or experience with international clients (especially in UAE, UK, or Canada) is a huge plus.
  • Drive:

     Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, and hunger to build something that scales globally.
  • Tools:

     Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting tools.

Base Salary:

Performance-Based Incentives:

  • 5–10% commission on closed deals or project revenues.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
  • Opportunity to progress into 

    Head of Business / Country Manager

     role within 12–18 months.
