Role Overview:

LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

You’ll be responsible for executing structured outreach campaigns, managing daily prospecting activities, and ensuring measurable results through disciplined follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

     to identify and connect with target decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR Heads, Operations Leads).
  • Send 

    personalized messages

     and maintain consistent follow-ups to generate interest.
  • Engage actively with prospects’ posts and build visibility through comments and interactions.
  • Maintain and update outreach data in 

    Google Sheets / CRM

     daily.
  • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with the Sales Director for follow-up communication.
  • Prepare weekly reports on response rates, lead quality, and conversions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 

    1 year of experience

     in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, or B2B marketing.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and able to manage 70–100 outreaches per day.
  • Strong understanding of professional etiquette and online communication.
