About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries including 

    FinTech, Real Estate, Commodities, and Technology

    .
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and partnerships.
  • Manage the 

    entire sales lifecycle

     — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Create impactful 

    proposal decks, sales campaigns, and partnership presentations

     with leadership support.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to define pricing, revenue strategies, and partnership models.
  • Represent Dignifyd in networking forums, business events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with regular 

    pipeline and performance reporting

    .


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 15–20 qualified leads per month
  • 5–7 proposal submissions per month
  • Minimum 2 new clients onboarded per quarter
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Timely reporting and CRM upkeep


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:

     1–5 years in Business Development (preferably in IT Consulting, SaaS, or Recruitment/Staffing).
  • Communication:

     Strong English fluency, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders globally.
  • Network:

     Prior experience handling international markets (UAE, UK, or Canada preferred).
  • Mindset:

     Entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Tools:

     Proficiency with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach tools.
