What you’ll do: • Build and own the business development strategy • Manage and guide a team of sales executives • Drive partnerships, outreach, and follow-ups • Track leads, conversions, and performance • Prepare pitch decks, proposals & walkthroughs What we're looking for: • 2-4 years in BD / growth / marketing • Strong written communication skills • Comfortable owning execution in a startup setup • Content / social media experience is a plus 📍 Location: Jaipur (in-office)
