Marketing Operations Manager

As a Real Estate Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and managing property listings on various portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring accurate and visually appealing listings to drive maximum engagement. You will work closely with the Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory information and enhance lead conversion through strategic listing formats and placements. Additionally, you will stay updated with trends on real estate portals and maintain listing logs using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality leads through listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com - Upload, and manage property listings on portals to ensure accuracy and visual appeal - Monitor portal analytics to track performance and identify optimization opportunities - Coordinate with Sales and Telesales teams to highlight key selling points - Experiment with listing formats, copy, images, and premium placements for improved lead conversion - Maintain listing logs and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools - Stay up to date with trends and features on leading real estate portals Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent) - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies - Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM platforms - Analytical thinking and creative experimentation - Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively The company offers food provided and health insurance as benefits for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.
