Role Objective

Ensure every lead generated by marketing is tracked, nurtured, and converted efficiently through automation, data analytics, and structured processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the

    lead-to-admission conversion funnel

    across all digital and offline channels.

  • Manage

    CRM (Lead Squared / Zoho / HubSpot)

    for automation, tracking, and SLAs.

  • Design

    email, WhatsApp, and drip campaigns

    for lead nurturing.

  • Drive

    conversion rate (CVR)

    through engagement and data-led insights.

  • Collaborate with

    Admissions, Academics, and Training

    teams for webinars/outreach.

  • Build and publish

    weekly dashboards and MIS reports

    for leadership review.

  • Implement

    process SOPs

    and ensure outreach/counselor tracking.

  • Train internal teams on CRM hygiene and campaign workflows.

  • Key KPIs

    • Lead-to-admission

      Conversion Rate (CVR)

      improvement

    • Lead engagement (% leads contacted within SLA, response rates)

    • CRM automation adoption and workflow uptime

    • Webinar and outreach execution timeliness

    • Funnel efficiency and reporting accuracy

  • Required Skills

    • Strong knowledge of

      CRM and marketing automation tools

      (Lead Squared, Zoho, HubSpot)

    • Strong in

      Excel, Google Data Studio, or dashboarding tools


    • Analytical and process-driven mindset

    • High bias for action, structured communicator

  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or funnel management (education domain preferred)
