Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to streamline all day-to-day marketing activities.

You will be responsible for task alignment, tracking, coordination, and reporting across all marketing functions — ensuring the team executes campaigns on time with clarity and accountability.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with the co-founder, Team Leads and Employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Task & Project Coordination

  • Maintain and update the task management tool (ClickUp / Notion / Trello / Google Sheets / Slack).
  • Create, assign, and follow up on tasks across the marketing, content, design, and performance teams.
  • Ensure all tasks have clear owners, deadlines, and status updates.

2. Daily Execution Control

  • Conduct daily task reviews: check progress, update statuses, and flag delays.
  • Capture new tasks from WhatsApp/Slack discussions and add them to the tracker.
  • Ensure team updates (morning plans and evening reports) are accurately logged.

3. Weekly & Monthly Reporting

  • Prepare weekly performance reports: completed tasks, pending items, blockers.
  • Coordinate weekly review meetings with the founder/marketing head.
  • Support in monthly planning and closing reports.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Communicate with design, content, product, and performance teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Follow up for creatives, copies, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Track progress of multi-step campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, landing pages).

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Maintain clean & organized folders (Google Drive, project files, creative assets).
  • Optimize workflow processes and help improve execution speed.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and notify the responsible person.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations (freshers don't apply)
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution.
  • Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Trello, Notion or Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills for follow-ups and coordination.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
  • Ability to work under fast-paced startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
