🎯 Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing strategies for both Save Medha Foundation and Dantura Botanics, with the objective of:
Educating the public about Natural Immunotherapy
Building trust-based healthcare branding
Increasing patient outreach, community awareness, and booster product adoption
Establishing both organizations as credible leaders in natural recovery science
This role demands ethical storytelling, data-driven strategy, and deep sensitivity to health communication.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1️. Strategy & Brand Leadership
Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for NGO initiatives and commercial products
Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital, print, field campaigns, and media
Position Natural Immunotherapy as a science-based, ethical healthcare approach
2️. Digital Marketing & Growth
Lead SEO, content marketing, website traffic growth, and conversion optimization
Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Plan performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube promotions)
Improve lead generation for:
Patient consultations (Save Medha Foundation)
Product sales (Dantura Botanics)
3️. Content & Storytelling
Supervise creation of:
Educational posts
Case study stories
Video scripts & reels
Blog articles & awareness campaigns
Ensure all content is medically responsible, emotionally balanced, and non-misleading
Coordinate with doctors, researchers, designers, and video teams
4️. Field Marketing & Community Outreach
Plan and execute:
Health awareness camps
NGO outreach programs
Seminars, local events, and health drives
Coordinate on-ground teams for district-level and state-level campaigns
5️. Product & E-commerce Marketing (Dantura Botanics)
Design launch strategies for boosters (Immune Booster, Bone Marrow Booster, etc.)
Improve Amazon, website, and marketplace presence
Build trust-based product narratives focused on nutritional science, not hype
6️. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, CAC
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Optimize campaigns based on insights and ROI
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
🛠️ Skills
Strong understanding of healthcare marketing ethics
Digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media growth
Campaign planning & execution
Team coordination & leadership
Data analysis & reporting
Excellent communication (English + Bengali preferred)
🧪 Experience
5–10 years in marketing (Healthcare / Wellness / NGO preferred)
Experience handling purpose-driven brands is a strong plus
