About the Role

Marketing Expert

The ideal candidate is strong in strategy, hands-on execution, analytics, conversion funnels, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation (Primary)

  • Run PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) specifically for U.S. audiences.
  • Build and optimize landing pages (A/B testing, heatmap analysis, UX improvements).
  • Manage SEO-driven inbound campaigns to attract organic leads.
  • Generate qualified leads using lead magnets, email funnels, and remarketing.
  • Set up automation in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar).

2. Conversion Optimization

  • Create high-converting sales funnels for service-based clients (IT, Development, SaaS).
  • Develop nurturing sequences—email, WhatsApp, SMS, retargeting ads.
  • Improve conversion rates from lead → call booked → client closed.
  • Implement CRO strategies like CTA optimization, funnel mapping, and retargeting logic.

3. USA Market Strategy

  • Research competitors and U.S. audience behavior to refine targeting.
  • Create U.S.-specific messaging, ad copies, and offers.
  • Analyze CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other performance metrics for the USA region.

4. Content & Creative

  • Work with designers to produce ad creatives, landing page content, video ads, and case studies.
  • Write compelling ad copies and email sequences tailored for U.S. customers.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush) to monitor campaign health.
  • Track KPIs like Cost per Lead, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Customer LTV.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
  • Share insights to improve offers, pricing, and packages for the U.S. market.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in lead generation & conversion for U.S. clients.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, Website Development, or Digital Marketing agencies.
  • Ability to build high-converting landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, or Funnel tools).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. customer psychology & B2B buying behavior.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).

Preferred

  • Experience with IT outsourcing companies.
  • Worked on $3k–$20k service packages.
  • Knowledge of SEO and cold outreach (email + LinkedIn).

  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Conversion Rate (lead → meeting)
  • Number of qualified U.S. leads per month
  • ROAS of paid campaigns
  • Landing page conversion %
