Key Responsibilities: Execute marketing campaigns for domestic and international tour packages. Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp promotions) and create engaging content. Handle online enquiries, generate leads and convert them into bookings. Coordinate with design team for posters, reels, and promotional creatives. Monitor marketing performance, track ROI, and suggest improvements. Build partnerships with travel agents, influencers and local businesses. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Manage promotional events, exhibitions, and travel fairs. Maintain brand image and ensure consistent communication across all channels. Hiring and Handling telicalling exicutive promotional progress and encourage bookings leads conversion. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in marketing (tourism industry preferred). Good communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi & Local regional Languages Knowledge of digital marketing, basic Canva design preferred. Ability to work under deadlines and meet monthly targets. Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
