The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating content for web and social media platforms, analyzing web traffic, and identifying trends to optimize marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support projects and campaigns will also be required. Role PurposeDrive customer acquisition, build B2B relationships, and close sales with targeted commercial clients in Bangalore. This role is field-driven, target-oriented, and focused on expanding BCC’s B2B customer base. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market ResearchIdentify and list prospective clients: apartments, FM companies, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, factories, and cleaning contractors. Map out high-potential areas and businesses within Bangalore. Maintain a daily pipeline list of new business opportunities. 2. Client Meetings & Field VisitsVisit 15–20 potential clients daily (apartments, hotels, restaurants, clinics, factories). Meet Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, RWA heads, Admin Managers, and business owners. Conduct product demos and distribute samples. 3. Sales ConversionPresent BCC’s product catalogue and pricing to decision-makers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Close monthly supply contracts and follow up till order confirmation. Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines. 4. Relationship ManagementMaintain ongoing relationships with existing customers. Ensure timely order renewals and repeat business. Handle basic customer service queries and coordinate with operations for delivery. 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and lead status updates. Track conversions, collections, and customer feedback. Submit weekly performance summaries to management. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or field marketing (cleaning supplies, FMCG, housekeeping, facility management preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within Bangalore daily. Basic understanding of cleaning products or willingness to learn fast. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work.
