Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Use analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush) to monitor campaign health. Track KPIs like Cost per Lead, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Customer LTV. 6. Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality. Share insights to improve offers, pricing, and packages for the U.S. market. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in lead generation & conversion for U.S. clients. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in SaaS, IT services, Website Development, or Digital Marketing agencies. Ability to build high-converting landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, or Funnel tools). Strong understanding of U.S. customer psychology & B2B buying behavior. Hands-on proficiency with GA4, CRM tools, and automation platforms. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory). Preferred Experience with IT outsourcing companies. Worked on $3k–$20k service packages. Knowledge of SEO and cold outreach (email + LinkedIn).
