Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate (BDA), located in Noida. The Senior BDA will be responsible for developing strategic business initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiation. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Business development, market research, and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in sales presentations and closing deals
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
