Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Decotouch brand and products.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence.
Skills:
· Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective branding strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
· Promotion Planning: Create and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive sales and engagement.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive analysis, an emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent marketing content, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
· Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing to enhance online visibility and engagement.
· Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and drive growth.
· Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
