As we expand rapidly, we’re on the lookout for a results-driven Marketing Lead who can drive impactful campaigns and growth strategies from the front lines. Key Responsibilities As our Marketing Lead, you'll drive strategy, execution, and performance across multiple channels to generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and fuel business growth. 🔸 Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms to drive high-quality leads and conversions Use advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to improve ROI 🔸 Social Media Marketing: Create and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Build brand presence through consistent, engaging posts, stories, reels, and updates 🔸 Email Marketing: Design and execute conversion-driven email campaigns (drip, newsletters, re-engagement) A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize open and click-through rates 🔸 WhatsApp Campaigns: Build and manage segmented WhatsApp campaigns to boost engagement and drive direct lead interactions Utilize automation tools to scale outreach and follow-up 🔸 Retargeting & Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage pixel tracking and retargeting strategies across channels Track user behavior, conversions, and journey analytics to continually refine campaigns Use tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for full-funnel tracking 🔸 Other Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales to align marketing with revenue goals Manage CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) Monitor competitors, trends, and new growth hacks to stay ahead of the curve Report on KPIs and campaign performance regularly Requirements ✔ 4–8 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B) ✔ Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and analytics ✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools ✔ Excellent communication and content skills ✔ Data-driven, self-motivated, and ready to lead from the front Preferred Qualifications ⭐Prior experience in payments or financial services ⭐ Experience scaling marketing in startups ⭐ MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus Walk-In Candidates Welcome 📍 Visit us: Paywize Technologies, 2nd Floor, M.R.
