Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our team. This role focuses purely on talent acquisition, with a mandate to close positions within defined timelines, manage salary negotiations, and handle seamless onboarding of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles (tech and non-tech)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and role priorities
• Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen candidates effectively to ensure alignment with the job and culture fit
• Close all assigned positions within the specified timelines
• Handle salary discussions and negotiations with shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of focused experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong ability to work with tight timelines and hiring targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in salary negotiation and offer closure
• Experience coordinating onboarding processes
• Proficient with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others
• Well-organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; HR certifications are a plus
