About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth Marketing to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and fintech thought leadership. This role will own the marketing strategy across all Paywize products (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Nimo, Slyde) and build a strong brand presence in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 360° marketing strategy for Paywize and its sub-brands.
  • Manage digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Enhance brand visibility across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, PR channels, and fintech events.
  • Create and manage marketing collaterals: decks, brochures, case studies, blogs, videos.
  • Run lead generation campaigns to fuel Sales and BD pipelines.
  • Work closely with design & content teams to build impactful campaigns and product positioning.
  • Track performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience (fintech/tech preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, performance campaigns).
  • Proven experience in brand management, product positioning, and lead generation.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex fintech solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with design, sales, and BD teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics & campaign performance tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
